Mega Lifesciences’ s Business Ethics and Code of Conduct lays down clearly Mega’s obligation to supply good quality products to its customers. We believe in building our stakeholders and actively engaging them. The Company recently implemented a state-of-art ‘Mega Customer Relations Management’ (CRM) system to ensure connectivity and promote relationships with the Customers.
Mega Lifesciences conducts numerous customer audits to ensure healthy storage conditions and handling of our products and also to drive improvement in the health industry standards in the value chain.
Mega Lifesciences operates a helpline for customers as well as consumers to call and discuss any matters Quality, product consumption related or any other discussions related to healthy habits, etc.
Activities conducted by Mega Lifesciences with Customers in 2014:
We Hosted a Cricket match for Gynecologists at the Health Ministry Grounds. The pharma team played a cricket match with the Gynecologists on Sunday the 20thJuly’14. Cricket is a very popular sport in Sri Lanka and virtually every Sri Lankan enjoys it. The gynecologists took time out from their busy schedule to indulge in a game of cricket with the Mega team.
We invited our distributor ‘Inkapharma’ on June 15th for a games event in which 15 of their pharmacies participated. The event ended with a small celebration at the Sports Park, where the games were held. Several Pharmaceutical companies were invited and Mega Lifesciences promoted ‘Good Health By Yourself’ through a sporting event.
Fellowship for sports championship was arranged for our pharmacies in which Pharmacists, laboratory technicians, Supervisors, Monitors spent a pleasant evening full of energy and positivity.
