Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with Regional Finance Controller in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary

As Finance Manager, your key tasks are as below:

• Developing financial and management reporting systems e.g. Oracle for ERP/SAP implementation/Emerge for consolidation/Board for Budgeting.
• Finding ways to reduce or maintain cost/s by analyzing financial reports and business processes.
• Maintain and help disseminate with financial and management information.
• Strengthen the internal controls framework/process and procedures for the company.

Qualification & Experience

Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Finance professional qualification equivalent to CA.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience post CA.
• Good accounting acknowledge & proficient in MS Office.
• Previous experience preferred in Pharma, FMCG or in companies like PWC, Deloitte, E&Y and KPMG.

Skill & Knowledge

The ideal candidate should possess skills in problem solving, interpersonal & analytical skills. Further, the incumbent should have good knowledge in Accounting & Finance (IFRS, Maintaining Statutory / Financial / Management Books & communicate the same), statutory compliance like corporate income tax, personal income tax and VAT.
