Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager – Human Capital Development to work closely with Head – HR Services & Head – Training and Development.

Key tasks:

  • Facilitate capability development.
  • Work towards strengthening organizational culture.
  • Execute strategic HR & Training processes.

Qualification & Experience

Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Qualification – Graduate in any discipline & MBA in HR.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as HRBP & Operational HR.
  • Preferred experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or any relevant industries.
  • Good command on MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).

Skill & Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and capability to get the work done by coordination and collaboration. The incumbent must be a strategic thinker. Knowledge and experience of operational HR & Training processes is preferred.
