ZIRIN contains cetirizine dihydrochloride which helps to reduce allergic reactions caused by dust, pollen, pets, seasonal changes, etc. ZIRIN acts by reducing the production of chemicals called histamines in the body, which are responsible for these allergic reactions.

Can I drink alcohol after taking ZIRIN?

Is it safe to drive after taking ZIRIN?

It is not recommended to drive after taking ZIRIN as cetirizine dihydrochloride may impair your ability to perform activities requiring mental alertness and physical coordination.

I am a breast-feeding mother with a 3-month old baby. Can I take ZIRIN?

There is no adequate data available on the safety of using ZIRIN (cetirizine dihydrochloride) in pregnant or lactating women. Therefore, it is not recommended to use ZIRIN in pregnant and lactating woman.

Who should avoid using ZIRIN?

Patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of ZIRIN and patients on other medications for cold, cough, depression, anxiety, muscle relaxants or anti-seizure medications must avoid using ZIRIN as it may increase drowsiness.
