Mega Lifesciences is looking for Category Head – Oncology to work closely with Managing Director – Sales & Marketing in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary:

As Category Head – Oncology, your key tasks would be as below:

• Building Oncology portfolio in our markets.
• Support markets in New Product Launches.
• Support markets on persistently to build brands.
• Help markets identify problems with non performing products and co-create action plan for revival.

Qualification & Experience:

Applications are invited from potential talents who meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science & Master’s Degree in Pharmacy/Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years’ of experience in PMT in reputed pharma companies.
• 4 years’ experience in handling Oncology in PMT/Marketing team.

Skills & Knowledge:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills. The incumbent should be collaborative with good negotiation and persuasion skills. In addition, candidate should have thorough knowledge of Oncology products and future molecules. Experience in launching & marketing of oncology molecules will be an added advantage.
