Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Finance & Commercial Manager to work closely with Regional Finance Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary

As Finance & Commercial Manager, your key tasks are as below:

  • Working closely with Managing Director/Business Heads and Corporate Finance team. Playing active role in managing the finance and commercial aspects of the operation in Colombia OR Peru and reporting requirements.
  • Managing statutory audits, tax audits and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with the relevant local laws and liaison with lawyers, consultants, bankers, auditors and key stakeholders as necessary.
  • Coordinating with the local distributors/customers on supply, managing the account receivable, inventory procurement and control, coordinating with Thailand SCM team.
  • Dealing with government officials and relevant bank authorities for all financial activities.
  • Good communicator and must interact regularly and comfortably across cross functional teams.
  • Playing an active role in ERP, dashboard (Qlick view) and other necessary process implementations in the Colombia OR Peru.
  • Managing monthly financial process that incorporates actual financial performance to forecasted performance and justifies variances.
  • Assisting in closing of accounts, audits and preparation of monthly / quarterly financial, management reports and budgets.
  • Experiences in process definition, setting up and creating SOPs.

Qualification & Experience

  • Finance professional qualification equivalent to CA / CPA.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience post CA.
  • Professional use of MS office.
  • Experience in handling ERP systems.
  • Previous work experience in distribution business is preferable.

Skill & Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have experience in handling audits, financial and management reports, exposure in ERP system, cost management, company & tax regulations, procurement and warehouse management, importation, treasury.
