Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Human Capital Development Officer to work closely with Corporate Human Capital Department in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your portfolio.

Job Summary

As a Human Capital Development Officer, your key tasks are as below:

  • Understand the business objectives and work closely with assigned countries responsible for the HR policies, procedures and practices.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and conduct research related to HR efficiency and productivity improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate with HR partners to design and implement high-quality systems and processes in the areas of employee information management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with various functional areas for implementation of HR practices.
  • Manage assigned Human Capital projects from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or any related field (Fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • 0 – 5years of experience in HR functions, Organization Development (OD), People & Culture Transformation, or any related field will be an advantage.
  • Professional use of MS Office.
  • Possess self-motivation, strong leadership, and highly responsible.
  • Language proficiency in English – written & spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
  • Excellent people skills interpersonal, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations and talent management systems.
  • Open & interested to work in Bangna, Bangkok.

Skill & Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both spoken and written English. They should also possess knowledge in various human resource disciplines, such as Organization Development (OD) and People & Culture transformation and Employee engagement.
