Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Manager – Accounts to work closely with Head – General Manager Accounts in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Qualification & Experience:

• Commerce in Graduate and Post Graduate in Commerce/CA-Inter/ICWA.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Accounts as Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Candidates must have experience in Project Accounting, Direct Taxes & having sound knowledge of GST.

Job Summary:

As a Manager – Accounts, your key responsibilities would be:

• Manage all aspects of project accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, financial feasibility and financial reporting.
• Support business planning and analysis.
• Managing all accounting transactions up to finalization of accounts.
• Handle quarterly closings of accounts and preparing MIS reports.
• Preparing annual budgets, direct tax computations and handling statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and requirements, staying abreast with changes in tax laws and guidelines along with managing & filing of periodic returns, claiming refunds, etc.

Skills & Knowledge:

The incumbent should be hands on at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), should be good at written & verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate must be good at time management and effective as a team player and problem solver. Further, the candidate should possess strong accounting skills including basic taxation knowledge, proficiency in handling GST, and experience with accounting software like Tally.
