AB ADULT GOLD PRE & PRO is a daily microbiome therapy that combines both prebiotics and probiotics to aid in the betterment and maintenance of gastrointestinal health. It contains the prebiotic inulin (oligofructose), a water-soluble dietary fibre that is fermented by good gut bacteria, stimulating their growth. It also contains the probiotics Lactobacilus plantarum and Bifidobacterium lactis that help to replenish the gut bacteria and restore balance of the gut microflora, improving digestion and enhancing uptake of nutrients. Together they help to normalise gut function and improve bowel movement and peristalsis naturally in senior citizens.
