Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Product Manager/Executive to work closely with Managing Director – Sales & Marketing in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager/Executive, your key tasks would be as below:

• Jointly prepare new product launch plan for markets.
• Prepare promotional inputs for new product launches.
• Prepare training manual for new products.
• Coining of new brand names and TM registration support to Category Head.
• Prepare inputs for conferences and CME’s.
• Developing marketing strategies based on need.
• Conduct market survey/s to identify market/brand potential by analyzing competition & trends.

Qualification & Experience:

Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Graduate in Pharmacy or Science.
• Post graduate in Management will be advantage.
• Minimum 5 – 6 years of industry experience.
• Must have 3 – 4 years of experience in Product Management.

Skills & Knowledge:

The potential talent should possess communication & presentation skills and should be good at analytical, negotiation and collaboration skills. Further the incumbent should have sound knowledge of marketing and launch campaigns, product positioning & communication design.
