Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Sr. Manager / Finance Controller to work closely with the Director Finance in a fast paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise

Qualification & Experience:

Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 8 – 10 years’ of experience.
• Hands on experience with related analytical tools & systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of the financial business processes and compliances.
• Ability to plan and manage projects by leading and influencing.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skill.
• Ability to connect across diverse cultures.
• Continuous process improvement orientation.
• Professional use of MS office.

Job Summary:

As a Sr. Manager / Finance Controller, your key tasks are as below:

Financial Reporting and compliance:

• Well versed with IFRS including hand on experience in implementation / process changes to comply IFRS.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulation including Company and Tax laws.
• Review of Financial and Management reporting (monthly / quarterly / annual).
• Audits : local and group auditor.
• Consolidating and analysing selected financial information by closely working with the closing and reporting team.

Treasury and working capital management:

• Ensuring adequate working capital for the business.
• Develop and execute strategies to hedge against foreign exchange exposure in the country. Ensuring zero foreign exposure.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with the local and foreign banks.
• Have strong internal controls in all the routine processes in terms of inflow and outflow of funds.

Accounts Payable and Account receivable:

• Ensuring SLA’s are met with respect to supplier and employee payments.
• Build and maintain strong controls to ensure no leakage.
• Ensure the month end accrual process is robust.
• Responsible for overview of the DSO of company and ensuring it stays within the regulations.

Projects:

• Responsible for leading the automation journey of finance through execution of different IT projects identified.
• Engage in multiple process enhancement initiatives.

Business Planning and Analytics:

• Coordinating and facilitating the annual business planning and quarterly forecasting process
• Preparation of dashboard and other presentation material for management review and updates
• Analysis of monthly / quarterly management reports

Skills & Knowledge:

The potential talent should have good language and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with cross functional teams.
