Motto of program is to help participants with knowledge, skills and attitude to take control of their own health

Good Health By Yourself (GHBY) program is a 2-days, 1-night training program at the Wellness We Care Center. It is tailored to help if you are strong enough to make changes in your lifestyle to prevent chronic disease.

Program Details

This two day flagship program helps you to understand how small changes in your lifestyle and dietary habits can have a big impact on your health. One first day after check in and getting to know other participants, you will be briefed on scientific evidence on how lifestyle and diet can have an impact on your health. You get to learn how to shop healthy, how to cook healthy, gardening and also about simple but effective exercises on muscle & balance training. Evenings are fun with group activities . All meals and snacks are deliciously plant based. Second day starts with a mile long fitness walk and some simple exercise. During this day you will learn about the health risk factors which you can manage by yourself, mindfulness and CPR procedure. You will also get time to discuss your health reports and health issues with Dr. Sant.
