DOFLAM is a soft gel capsule which can be used for pain relief. It contains diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve pain, swelling, and joint stiffness. It has anti-inflammatory (reduces inflammation), analgesic (relieves pain) and antipyretic (treats fever) properties. Thus, DOFLAM can be used to treat symptoms of conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, pain after surgery and primary dysmenorrhea (cramping pain that occur before or during menstruation).
DOFLAM is manufactured using Clearcap technology, which enables faster absorption of the drug by the body, thereby showing its action in a short time.

DOFLAM is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve pain in arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, and post-surgical pain.

DOFLAM should be taken only under medical supervision in individuals with any type of renal impairment. If the individual has an advanced renal disease, DOFLAM is not recommended. The dosage of DOFLAM may be reduced in patients with hepatic impairment.
It is not recommended to take DOFLAM along with blood thinners, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Taking DOFLAM along with blood pressure medications like triamterene may result in reversible impairment of renal function. Thus, it is not recommended to take these combinations together.
DOFLAM should not be taken with aspirin, as it increases the risk of adverse effects. These include decreased ability of diclofenac to bind to protein, increased excretion of diclofenac by liver, and reduced concentration of diclofenac in the blood.
