Nilakshi Kasilingam, Managing Director of Physio Medicare (Pvt.) Ltd, is a physiotherapy professional with extensive clinical experience across India, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University and contributes to academic development as a guest lecturer at the University of Colombo and the University of Peradeniya.
In 2012, Nilakshi founded Physio Medicare, which began as a pain management clinic and has since grown into Sri Lanka’s largest full-spectrum physiotherapy and rehabilitation center.
For more than a decade, she has championed evidence-based practice, patient education, and multidisciplinary collaboration, making a lasting impact on healthcare delivery. Nilakshi remains dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for her patients while inspiring the next generation of professionals through her teaching and mentorship.
