This learning program is designed for individuals who are still healthy or at risk of chronic non-communicable diseases (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, etc.). Participants will learn and practice self-help health skills through behavior and lifestyle modifications. The course content is based on evidence-based medicine. Camp participants will gain knowledge through a variety of teaching methods, learn appropriate health indicators, and be able to monitor them independently. The learning format includes content learning, practical learning, teaching demonstrations, and hands-on practice on essential topics for good health, such as food, exercise, stress management, and sleep.
Participants will stay in a natural environment at Wellness We Care Center, Muak Lek District, Saraburi Province, for 2 days and 1 night. They will follow a healthy eating format consisting of Plant-Based, Whole Food, and Low-Fat meals.
