- 33 grams meat substitute minced plant
- 66 grams of white tofu
- 70 grams Coconut milk
- 16 grams of soybean paste
- 25 grams Coconut sugar
- 5 grams Tamarind juice
- 15 grams of shallots
- 5 grams red chili peppers
- 5 grams green chili peppers
Method
- Add the ground meat plant substitute and tofu kneaded with coconut milk to a pot and heat over medium heat.
- Add soybean paste, palm sugar, and tamarind juice. Mix well.
- Adjust the heat to high. When it boils, add shallots, red chili, and green chili.
- Turn off the heat and serve with side vegetables.
