Ingredients and seasonings

  • 33 grams meat substitute minced plant
  • 66 grams of white tofu
  • 70 grams Coconut milk
  • 16 grams of soybean paste
  • 25 grams Coconut sugar  
  • 5 grams Tamarind juice
  • 15 grams of shallots
  • 5 grams red chili peppers
  • 5 grams green chili peppers 

Method

  • Add the ground meat plant substitute and tofu kneaded with coconut milk to a pot and heat over medium heat.
  • Add soybean paste, palm sugar, and tamarind juice. Mix well.
  • Adjust the heat to high. When it boils, add shallots, red chili, and green chili.
  • Turn off the heat and serve with side vegetables.
