Ingredients and seasonings

  • 50g minced meat substitute
  • Nam Ngiao chili paste, 10 grams
  • 180 grams of tomatoes
  • 9 grams of soybean paste
  • 15 grams of boiled water

Method

  • Take the tomatoes and chili paste and pound them until fine. Set it aside.
  • Place a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the minced vegetables instead of meat until cooked. Add the Nam Ngiao chili paste.
  • Continue to stir-fry over low heat, add water, add soybean paste, increase heat to high until boiling, turn off heat.
  • Serve with fresh or boiled vegetables.
