Ingredients and seasonings
- 50g minced meat substitute
- Nam Ngiao chili paste, 10 grams
- 180 grams of tomatoes
- 9 grams of soybean paste
- 15 grams of boiled water
Method
- Take the tomatoes and chili paste and pound them until fine. Set it aside.
- Place a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the minced vegetables instead of meat until cooked. Add the Nam Ngiao chili paste.
- Continue to stir-fry over low heat, add water, add soybean paste, increase heat to high until boiling, turn off heat.
- Serve with fresh or boiled vegetables.
